Description

  • Lead high-volume recruitment across multiple geographies for sales roles.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, communities, referrals, and social channels.
  • Screen, assess, and engage candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and support a strong candidate experience end-to-end.
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as time to hire, source effectiveness, and funnel conversion.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and outcomes based on data and hiring needs.
  • Champion employer-brand initiatives that attract volume talent and reflect the company’s mission and culture.
  • Maintain ATS and job posting platforms while ensuring compliance and consistency in global hiring contexts.
  • Adjust recruitment tactics quickly based on changing hiring priorities and market conditions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of high-volume recruitment or sourcing experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment or scale-up.
  • Proven ability to fill large numbers of roles efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, pipeline development, passive candidate outreach, and creative use of AI.
  • Comfort working with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and improve results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones, geographies, and seniority levels.
  • Experience working in or adapting to remote/distributed environments.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems, especially Greenhouse, and recruitment platforms or digital sourcing tools such as Indeed.
  • Curious, always-learning mindset with the ability to switch between strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Experience recruiting for high-volume sales positions in the U.S. market, preferred.
  • This is a 6-month contract role based in Canada.

  • Base salary of $60,000 to $65,000 CAD annually.
  • $200 commission per hire.
