Description

  • Diagnose and address customer issues promptly.
  • Interface with customers and vendors to troubleshoot and mitigate data delivery issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and issue resolution progress.
  • Escalate customer issues when appropriate.
  • Handle other technical support tasks as needed.
  • Support various projects for hospital customers.
  • Work part-time hours during standard EST business hours with flexibility on days and hours.

Requirements

  • Must live in the United States and be eligible to work for any employer without work visa sponsorship.
  • Must be available to work part-time hours during standard EST business hours.
  • Strong and reliable internet access from home is required.
  • Comfort with technical tools and a tech-savvy mindset is required.
  • Familiarity with executing Python scripts is required.
  • Knowledge of MongoDB and the ability to execute find commands is required.
  • Strong communication skills are required.
  • Ability to demonstrate meeting etiquette and active listening is required.
  • Customer service orientation is required.
  • Interest and ability to learn Bluesight’s Patient Privacy and Diversion SaaS tools is required.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $23 to $27, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
