Description

  • Validate, reconcile, and quality-assure data from disparate systems using Excel.
  • Analyze and interpret data to ensure data integrity and support implementation needs.
  • Communicate data findings and act as a point person for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Partner with implementation leads and customers to track progress and provide timely updates.
  • Perform data extraction from multiple databases using SQL.
  • Develop solutions to support SFTP automation and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Acquire and retrieve data as needed to resolve data issues and improve end-user experience.
  • Support file ingestion and automation tasks using SQL, Python, Ruby, or other tools when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of data analysis experience; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
  • Deep expertise and enthusiasm for Microsoft Excel.
  • Moderate experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, deadlines, and goals.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Preferred: experience on an Operations or implementation-focused team.
  • Preferred: familiarity with implementing SaaS products in a client environment.
  • Preferred: knowledge of hospital EHR systems such as Epic, Oracle (Cerner), or MEDITECH.
  • Preferred: knowledge of hospital ADC systems such as PyxisES or Omnicell.
  • Preferred: experience coding with Python, Ruby, or another scripting language.
  • Preferred: experience working with PHI and understanding of HIPAA.
  • Open to applicants in the continental United States.
