Description

Support Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives in a supply chain environment.
Map current-state and future-state business processes using Microsoft Visio.
Analyze operational processes and data to identify waste, redundancies, inefficiencies, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, task documentation, and process guides.
Perform data entry and validation to maintain accurate system information and business records.
Identify automation opportunities and support implementation of standardized workflows.
Track improvement activities, deliverables, timelines, costs, and implementation progress.
Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership to understand requirements, priorities, and process changes.
Communicate findings, recommendations, metrics, and status updates to business partners.
Maintain project communications, controls, documentation, and related records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in business operations, business analysis, process improvement, project coordination, or a related area.
Hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma principles and process improvement methodologies.
Experience analyzing processes for waste, inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.
Experience creating and maintaining business process documentation.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; experience with Microsoft Visio.
Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Availability to work core business hours in the Pacific time zone and adjust hours to support a global organization.
