Description

  • Design, present, and execute data-driven media buying strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research and analyze historical campaign data to recommend optimal channel mixes and performance projections.
  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display.
  • Monitor real-time campaign performance and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to improve KPIs.
  • Track and report key metrics including leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
  • Recommend and allocate channel-specific budgets, maintain daily/weekly/monthly pacing, and ensure campaigns stay within financial targets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements without compromising campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay current on media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies (including AI and automation), and apply learnings to campaign strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
  • Must have experience with Google Ads and HubSpot; strong experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Google Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms.
  • Proven track record managing performance marketing campaigns focused on measurable results.
  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party trackers.
  • Experience integrating campaign data into CRM/marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot) for lead tracking and attribution.
  • Familiarity with media buying and planning tools and programmatic workflows.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with continuous learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI/automation tools (preferred).
