Description

  • Coordinate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to launch mobile advertising campaigns, including implementing creative and interpreting insertion orders.
  • Traffic advertising campaigns in GroundTruth’s proprietary ad-serving platform and ensure successful campaign fulfillment.
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously and provide reporting to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot campaign-related issues with cross-functional stakeholders and resolve delivery or creative problems.
  • Manage expectations, communication, and reporting metrics to internal team members and clients.
  • Complete detailed quality assurance reviews of campaign setups, updates, and creatives before and during flight.
  • Create and maintain documentation pertinent to the Ad Operations team, including campaign setup and reconciliation records.
  • Perform reporting and month-end reconciliation for campaign billing and performance.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years working experience in digital ad operations or related fields such as advertising platforms, online publishers, ad networks, or digital agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience on ad-serving platforms and/or Server-Side Platforms (SSP) / Demand-Side Platforms (DSP).
  • Must have experience with HTML5 and JavaScript ads and experience creating Mobile Rich Media ads.
  • Proficient in ad troubleshooting and testing using tools like Fiddler, Charles, or other debugging tools.
  • Strong analytic skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client servicing, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, dynamic, and performance-driven mindset suited to a fast-paced team environment.
  • Availability to work the specified shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
