Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features and services for client projects and SaaS products.
  • Develop and maintain back-end services, data storage layers, and integrations with modern web frameworks.
  • Build, test, and deploy applications using CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
  • Collaborate with product teams, clients, and cross-functional engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write testable, maintainable code following software engineering best practices (OOP, data structures, algorithms).
  • Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments and use infrastructure/dev tools (e.g., AWS, Docker, Fabric, Vagrant).
  • Work across multiple projects as a consultant, delivering solutions that have direct impact on client businesses.
  • Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing with team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer using open-source technologies.
  • Strong experience with Python and/or other object-oriented languages.
  • Proficiency in full-stack development including back-end services, data storage, and modern web frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and familiarity with Docker-based workflows.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals: OOP, data structures, algorithms, and writing testable code.
  • Experience with Python frameworks (Flask, Django) and ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and keyed storage systems like MongoDB and Redis.
  • Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React (Knockout experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with dev tools and platforms: Git, Vagrant, Fabric, Docker, and AWS.
  • Experience in SaaS products, corporate environments, or B2B financial services/asset management is a plus.
