Description

  • Scope, estimate, design, and deliver medium-to-large full-stack features while reducing technical debt.
  • Build backend systems and user interfaces using test-driven development.
  • Develop APIs, specifications, and data models for frontend and third-party system integrations.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable data interactions and optimize data performance.
  • Develop user interfaces based on UX designs and customer needs.
  • Contribute to functional and non-functional automated testing suites.
  • Support team members and follow delivery processes to maintain a consistent production release flow.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
  • Proficiency in one or more software engineering technologies, including Java with Spring Boot, TypeScript, and Angular or React.
  • Experience designing and delivering medium-to-large software features.
  • Experience with Maven and JavaScript.
  • Ability to meet Public Trust requirements, including a successful U.S. Government background investigation.
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card status; sponsorship is not available.
  • U.S. residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Experience with large-scale systems serving more than 100 users (preferred).
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, AWS, Camunda, AI/ML, or FHIR (preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first, healthcare-focused environment.
