Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management for creative campaigns, design projects, digital experiences, and branding initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and translate their needs into clear project plans and deliverables.
  • Manage and mentor junior producers and cross-functional teams across design, development, strategy, and creative functions.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to keep work on time and within scope.
  • Oversee quality assurance to ensure deliverables uphold the creative vision and meet client standards.
  • Resolve project issues quickly and adapt plans when scope or direction changes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to align projects with company and client objectives.
  • Provide regular status updates, project reports, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
  • Travel as needed for client workshops, site visits, activations, shoots, retreats, and in-person production support.

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in a senior production role at a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design, digital, and spatial projects; event and IRL production experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience leading teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, and delivering projects within budget and scope.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas and project details to clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, Airtable, or Notion.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
  • Experience leading small and large distributed teams across technology, design, UX, product, innovation, or similar disciplines.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with complex timelines.
  • Affinity for youth culture, fashion, sport, and design.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US.
