Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire new enterprise logos.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders, including C-level executives, VPs, and other technology buyers.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, marketing, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals for client needs.
  • Leverage strategic partnerships with AWS, Snowflake, and other partners to position solutions to enterprise buyers.
  • Lead discovery sessions and high-stakes conversations about cloud transformation, data analytics, and managed services.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that highlight BlueCloud’s capabilities and partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals and consistently exceeding quota.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data engineering, analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a high degree of autonomy, accountability, and drive.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales enablement tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience selling services or solutions related to cloud transformation, data modernization, or managed services (preferred).
  • Experience working with enterprise buyers and Fortune 1000 accounts (preferred).
