Description

  • Craft product messaging and narratives that communicate BlueCat’s value proposition, competitive advantage, and customer problem-solving capabilities.
  • Develop customer-facing marketing materials such as presentations, datasheets, case studies, ebooks, video scripts, solution briefs, and white papers.
  • Partner with demand marketing teams to create assets aligned to the buyer’s journey.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, market segmentation, and the competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain sales tools such as battlecards that position BlueCat against competitors.
  • Support the sales team through training on messaging and value communication.
  • Maintain a searchable library of product marketing assets and archive or update outdated content.
  • Gather customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and market analysis to inform product development and marketing strategy.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer internally and help ensure alignment with customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software companies within the networking or IT industry.
  • Experience working in a global organization across time zones and cultures.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships across departments.
  • Writing samples that demonstrate the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with networking, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Experience with Network Observability, Network Monitoring, NetFlow, and packet data is advantageous.
  • General knowledge of leading vendors in the Network Observability market and their competitive positioning.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations and collaboration tools including Monday.com, Gong, Highspot, Slack, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An entrepreneurial, adaptable, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, manage multiple concurrent projects, and maintain high ethical standards.
