Description

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs aligned with value-based care models.
  • Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders on care coordination, population health, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and multiple workstreams.
  • Lead a team on large projects or a significant segment of complex projects.
  • Manage project budget, performance, and resource needs based on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor program performance against KPIs and regulatory benchmarks such as CMS, NCQA, and HEDIS.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
  • Analyze complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions involving schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, program management, or healthcare analytics.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar.
  • Experience working within integrated healthcare systems and value-based care environments.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare delivery models, payer-provider relationships, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, SAS, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with government or civilian agencies or in the healthcare industry (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience managing virtual or telehealth projects (preferred).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance.
