Description

  • Manage projects in a fast-paced startup environment where scope and timelines can change dynamically.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting project assumptions, including changes made live during client calls.
  • Participate in client meetings and work closely with international clients and internal technical teams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the technical team.
  • Capture, document, and organize meeting outcomes, including action items, decisions, and next steps.
  • Track tasks, progress, and dependencies to ensure follow-through.
  • Support projects related to AI and machine learning with a strong understanding of concepts and approaches.
  • Help detect and address performance issues in large language model-related work.

Requirements

  • Strong professional experience in an IT Project Manager or People Manager role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Previous experience in tech roles such as QA or Developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Interest in or experience with AI technologies and the ability to understand technical concepts.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Ability to work from 6 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time.
  • Strong startup mindset with flexibility, proactiveness, and a get-things-done attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and frequent change.
  • Candidates must be based in LATAM countries.
