Description

  • Own the technical vision and direction for the assigned domain, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural guidance.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks to maintain the performance of SaaS applications.
  • Lead and support Agile ceremonies and workflows to enable iterative delivery, high velocity, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to uphold coding standards and quality.
  • Champion AI-driven development practices to improve productivity, code analysis, and technical problem-solving.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code daily for coding, code analysis, and problem-solving.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to strengthen technical skills, architectural thinking, and ownership.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to surface risks, constraints, and technical tradeoffs early.
  • Manage technical debt while balancing short-term delivery with long-term system stability.
  • Contribute to reducing production incidents through stronger engineering practices and team development.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node, with strong familiarity with React.js and modern JavaScript architecture.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with multi-threading and asynchronous operations such as async/await.
  • Proven ability to build quality into the SDLC using unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Experience evolving code review processes and automation to support team growth.
  • Ability to take ownership of team output and technical accountability.
  • Experience balancing speed with long-term stability and managing technical debt.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work as a partner to Product Management.
  • Curiosity about responsible AI tool integration and emerging engineering technologies.
  • Passion for continuous learning and raising the technical standards of others.
  • Preferred: experience with .NET Core, NestJS, Kafka, AWS cloud infrastructure, and CRM systems.
