Description

  • Manage day-to-day cloud environment operations, including storage cleanup, quota management, security group access, and resource governance.
  • Coordinate and optimize team resource allocations, including compute capacity such as GPUs and distributed systems resources.
  • Identify and take ownership of unassigned tasks to improve team efficiency and agility.
  • Support cleanup and management of large-scale shared data environments across multiple teams.
  • Administer security groups and manage certificates to support secure, compliant access to shared resources.
  • Communicate quotas, security, and resource usage policies to stakeholders and ensure adherence.
  • Document operational processes and maintain standards for recurring administrative work.
  • Identify and help implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in process or resource management within cloud environments, preferably Azure.
  • Experience creating and managing cloud resources and writing SQL queries.
  • 2–4 years of experience in communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing or support roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
  • Experience writing scripts or building automation tools to improve operational efficiency (preferred).
  • Exposure to supporting data science, AI, or engineering teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud resource governance, quota management, and security best practices (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional technical teams (preferred).
  • Background in program or project management within technical environments (preferred).
