Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand vision and growth objectives.
  • Lead the brand’s expansion into the US market and support broader global growth.
  • Shape and maintain brand identity, messaging, and storytelling across all channels.
  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and influencer, affiliate, and UGC programs.
  • Build and optimize channel pipelines across existing and new marketing channels.
  • Define profitability benchmarks and manage performance across Meta, Google, email, SMS, affiliates, and other channels.
  • Build spend models and monitor marketing performance against CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin goals.
  • Lead campaign concepts, go-to-market plans, and product launch execution.
  • Conduct customer research, trend analysis, and creative mood boarding to inform campaign storytelling.
  • Oversee creative direction, content production, and brand assets for multi-channel marketing.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across creative, e-commerce, and marketing functions.
  • Collaborate with design, e-commerce, product, sales, finance, and executive teams to align marketing with company goals.
  • Manage the marketing budget, reporting, pacing, and brand data accurately.
  • Evaluate and implement data tools to improve forecasting, reporting, and business visibility.

Requirements

  • Senior marketing leadership experience in the fashion or consumer products industry.
  • Proven success building, scaling, and leading marketing organizations across brand, creative, digital, and communications functions.
  • Strong background in creative strategy, social media, and brand storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, market differentiation, and global brand awareness.
  • Experience balancing brand building with performance-driven growth strategies.
  • Extensive experience overseeing large-scale campaigns, photoshoots, brand collaborations, and product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams and drive measurable business impact.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to align Marketing with Product, Sales, and Executive teams.
  • Experience with emerging technologies and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Based in the US or Canada and able to work remotely, with occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Experience driving into the US market or other new market expansion is preferred.
  • Experience with profitability metrics and media/channel economics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin is preferred.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $225,000-$275,000.
  • Performance bonus.
  • 4 weeks of paid vacation per year.

  • $400 home office setup allowance.
