Description

  • Oversee, coordinate, and produce marketing campaigns across social, influencer, PR, and affiliate channels.
  • Build social campaign decks and write briefs for campaigns, emails, IG stories, captions, website messaging, and related assets.
  • Identify product priorities and manage campaign launch plans and social marketing calendars in Asana.
  • Lead creative direction for social-centric assets in partnership with the Art Director.
  • Plan and execute photo and video content that reflects the brand vision.
  • Review, select, and approve campaign photos, videos, reels, ads, and social assets.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that support brand vision, growth objectives, and consistent storytelling across channels.
  • Source, manage, and optimize influencer, affiliate, and UGC programs for launches and brand visibility.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing and social team.
  • Manage social and influencer budgets and improve processes for content production and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience as a brand marketer in the fashion or consumer products space.
  • Proven leadership experience leading both strategy and people.
  • Strong creative-first approach focused on brand equity, community, and storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, influencer programs, and emerging marketing trends and technologies.
  • Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
  • Track record of building, mentoring, and leading successful marketing and social teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Creative, Ecommerce, and external agencies.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and maintain focus on long-term brand vision.
  • Based in the US or Canada and able to work remotely, with occasional domestic and international travel.
  • Passion for fashion and consumer products with a strong eye for trends, aesthetics, and cultural relevance.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $140,000-$160,000.
  • Performance bonus.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation per year.
