Description

  • Support the end-to-end Bank Partnerships Marketing Collateral Review program by coordinating submissions, clarifying requirements, negotiating timelines, and facilitating bank approvals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with bank and network partner account managers and translate partner feedback into clear internal guidance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Brand to streamline review and approval workflows.
  • Identify bottlenecks and failure modes, then propose and implement improvements to workflows, roles, and tools.
  • Run pilots and experiments, measure impact, and scale successful process changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, approvals, versions, and rationales to support audit readiness and policy compliance.
  • Provide concise stakeholder updates and escalate risks early with data-backed recommendations.
  • Apply AI and automation to triage, policy checks, drafting suggestions, metadata extraction, and automated routing to improve speed and quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of program or product operations management experience in FinTech, issuing, banking, or another regulated industry.
  • Direct experience shepherding materials through bank or partner approvals.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing timelines and priorities.
  • Strong program management skills with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time.
  • Working knowledge of bank/network marketing and brand guidelines and the regulatory landscape for consumer communications in financial services.
  • Experience designing and improving scalable workflows and governance, including intake, SLAs, approval matrices, and playbooks.
  • Experience implementing tooling such as workflow/orchestration systems, ticketing tools, or documentation systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority across internal and external partners.
  • Practical experience applying AI or automation to business processes with measurable impact.
  • Familiarity with card network guidelines and partner-specific collateral requirements (preferred).
  • Background in change management or process excellence (preferred).
  • A builder's mindset with comfort working in ambiguity, iterating quickly, and executing hands-on.
