Description

  • Lead and execute innovative digital product design work that supports customer experience and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to produce requirements visualizations, concepts, scenarios, user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Provide feedback and direction to ensure intuitive solutions that align with established experience design principles, design systems, and branding.
  • Review and improve other Product Designers’ work to help maintain high-quality, data-driven experience and visual design.
  • Partner with UX researchers and product leaders to test and optimize the end-to-end digital experience across the broader ecosystem.
  • Assess product and service performance through usability testing and analysis of analytics data.
  • Present design work to product stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Work with development and design system teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly and consistently.
  • Create journey maps, workflows, personas, day-in-the-life scenarios, and use case summaries to improve organizational understanding of users.
  • Facilitate design-centered workshops with cross-functional stakeholders based on research insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience applying user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience building and launching end-to-end features or products across a variety of platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to design intuitive and meaningful mobile apps.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Case studies that clearly explain the design process and approach to solving complex, data-driven problems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Prior experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Remote role with preference for candidates located in Seattle, WA or Dallas, TX.
