Description

  • Collaborate with system designers and UI engineers to plan and execute UI features.
  • Create high-quality vector art under the direction of the Art Director.
  • Maintain a UI style that is consistent with the game’s established look and feel.
  • Create and implement UI deliverables such as mockups, icons, and Flash animations using a proprietary engine.
  • Advocate for, document, and improve existing UI pipelines and processes.
  • Work independently and self-manage in an agile production environment.
  • Support the development of new UI features for a AAA sci-fi action game.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in game development as a UI artist.
  • Expert-level experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Animate.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working within a technically demanding pipeline.
  • Experience working closely with UI engineers to drive the creation process.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with UX design is preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting a live product is preferred.
  • Passion for immersive science fiction is a plus.

Benefits

  • Temporary full-time remote position.
  • $80,000 - $90,000 a year.
