Description

  • Define and evolve the UX vision and roadmap in partnership with Product, Engineering, Digital, Content, and Data teams.
  • Translate business goals such as engagement, conversion, and brand positioning into user-centered experiences.
  • Lead end-to-end design work from discovery and concepting through detailed design and delivery.
  • Design premium, usable experiences across storefront, CMS-driven content, and internal tools.
  • Build upon and mature the existing design system by strengthening patterns, components, and workflows.
  • Partner with Data and Digital teams to validate design decisions through experimentation and testing.
  • Support the CRO program by iterating on ideas and improving outcomes through qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Design with accessibility, usability, and performance in mind.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, design system development, and iteration.
  • Clearly communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders and influence cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Senior-level UX or Product Designer experience, ideally in e-commerce or content-rich digital experiences.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual craft, and measurable impact on engagement or conversion.
  • Experience designing, scaling, and maintaining design systems.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO experimentation and usability testing.
  • Data-informed design mindset with comfort using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma AI, or similar.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, create structure, and work effectively with evolving teams and processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence without authority.
  • Experience with premium brand expression, storytelling, or similar work is preferred.
