Description

  • Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy by partnering with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and candidate needs.
  • Build data-informed sourcing plans across multiple regions and functions.
  • Develop talent landscapes by company, skill set, and geography to identify hidden talent pools and competitor structures.
  • Use advanced Boolean search and sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, SeekOut, Github, forums, and niche aerospace networks.
  • Cultivate and maintain warm pipelines of passive, cleared, and niche technical talent for priority and just-in-time hiring needs.
  • Coach recruiters and hiring managers on market insights, talent availability, and candidate engagement practices.
  • Partner with TA ops, branding, and university teams to improve outbound messaging and candidate experience.
  • Track sourcing effectiveness and improve outreach conversion using data and storytelling.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of cross-regional sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or other complex hardware/software industries.
  • Proven experience in market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for highly specialized technical roles.
  • Deep expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireZ, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience building and maintaining long-term relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for engaging technical talent authentically.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience in an in-house or executive search environment is preferred.

  • $57 to $86 per hour compensation.
