Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology implementations, migrations, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage concurrent workstreams across business, engineering, infrastructure, data, testing, and change management.
  • Maintain integrated schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and status reports.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, systems integrators, vendors, technical teams, and business process owners.
  • Facilitate planning, requirements, design, checkpoint, governance, and steering committee sessions.
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and cross-workstream blockers.
  • Coordinate integration, infrastructure, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Support budget tracking, forecasting, variance reporting, communications, training, adoption planning, and organizational change management.
  • Track vendor performance and prepare status updates, decision summaries, and risk reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading technology implementation or integration projects.
  • Experience managing technical programs such as software implementations, cloud or infrastructure migrations, system integrations, or enterprise application rollouts.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams using a tightly controlled integrated schedule and clear accountability.
  • Understanding of technology delivery lifecycles spanning planning, design, build, test, migration, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts, integration dependencies, environment readiness, data migration risks, and testing implications without serving as the technical lead.
  • Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, RAID, dependency, status reporting, and governance practices.
  • Experience working with business, IT, engineering, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, issue-escalation, and action-driving skills.
  • CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Preferred experience includes PMO or technology delivery work, cloud, data and analytics, DevOps, cybersecurity, digital platforms, legacy transformation, governance, change management, or prior business analyst or technical lead experience.
