Description

  • Lead onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through successful client adoption.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training tailored to client workflows and learning needs.
  • Build relationships with client administrators, project teams, and stakeholders.
  • Configure client environments, including user setups, training matrices, and implementation requirements.
  • Support migration of historical training records and other data into the BIS platform.
  • Manage onboarding schedules, milestones, training sessions, and follow-up meetings.
  • Provide solution-focused client support by phone and email.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges.
  • Improve onboarding processes, documentation, and educational resources.
  • Drive long-term client success and effective platform adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, Software Implementation, Training, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms or other technology products.
  • Experience managing multiple client implementations or projects simultaneously.
  • Experience onboarding mid-market and/or enterprise clients.
  • Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new software platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with change management or data migration projects (preferred).
  • Experience with LMS, HRIS, EHS, or compliance software; strong Excel, French, or Spanish skills (preferred).
