Description

  • Design and manage search and recommendation services and models.
  • Develop machine learning-powered personalization methods, design patterns, and tools.
  • Apply recommendation system expertise and business domain knowledge to improve AI product impact.
  • Drive development of core modules using data-driven strategies to maximize business impact.
  • Identify user and business needs and opportunities for data products.
  • Define success metrics with business and product management teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data analysts, business operations, and product or marketing teams on solutions and algorithms.

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics.
  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin communication ability is required.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Experience with application development practices at scale.
  • Strong global team collaboration skills are a plus.
  • Publication record in top conferences and journals is a plus.
