Description

  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage card program vendors such as issuers, processors, and program managers.
  • Lead RFP/RFI processes, commercial negotiations, and contract structuring with external partners.
  • Assess vendors on capabilities, pricing, compliance readiness, and scalability, and monitor vendor KPIs and SLAs.
  • Build financial models and partner with Finance to own the Binance Card program P&L.
  • Forecast revenues, analyze cost drivers, track actuals versus forecast, and drive cost optimization initiatives.
  • Support pricing, incentives, and rewards strategy for the card program.
  • Define and execute growth strategies with Marketing, Product, Data, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with card networks such as Visa and Mastercard, including approvals, certifications, audits, and commercial terms.
  • Drive end-to-end program execution, timelines, milestones, roadmap, governance, risk mitigation, and senior leadership reporting.
  • Conduct market benchmarking, competitor analysis, and evaluation of new business models and partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven enterprise-level business development experience, including engagement and negotiation with C-suite stakeholders and complex multi-party partnerships.
  • Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating compliance and reputational considerations.
  • Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven, with the ability to build momentum in high-growth, expansion-focused environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret merchant performance data and translate insights into partnership strategies.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
