Description

  • Identify, build, and scale strategic partnerships with payment service providers, acquirers, and high-volume merchants across priority industries.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, contract negotiation, KYB coordination, and cross-functional execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at PSPs, acquirers, and large merchants to unlock payment infrastructure partnerships.
  • Design and execute regional expansion strategies focused on high-impact verticals such as gaming, iGaming, trading platforms, e-commerce, OTA, and digital services.
  • Collaborate with Product, Integration, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to localize solutions and streamline onboarding.
  • Develop joint go-to-market initiatives that increase merchant adoption and GMV growth.
  • Analyze merchant performance and partnership data to segment accounts, optimize commercial terms, and improve profitability.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and market shifts to refine regional strategy.
  • Track and deliver against KPIs for merchant base growth, acquirer onboarding, and transaction volume expansion.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in payments, fintech, acquiring, or large digital wallet ecosystems.
  • Strong knowledge of card networks, settlement flows, risk management, and payment infrastructure.
  • Proven enterprise business development experience with C-suite stakeholder engagement and complex partnership negotiation.
  • Strong existing network within PSPs, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions in the target region.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments and navigating compliance and reputational considerations.
  • Commercially mature, resilient, and execution-driven, with the ability to build momentum in high-growth environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret merchant performance data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Fluency in English and relevant regional languages is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
