Description

  • Acquire and develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Build customer service processes and systems, including management rules and key account tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify hidden needs and produce key customer analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to deliver optimal client service solutions and product feedback.
  • Attend and host events to acquire new customers and strengthen client relationships.
  • Work closely with regional and overseas partners and stakeholders in a global team environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales and client services experience in an international financial background, such as banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Proven sales experience in customer acquisition or origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Experience using a CRM tool.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a sales team and collaborate with regional sales teams.
  • Experience attending and hosting events to win new customers.
  • Client portfolio experience with institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private banks, futures institutions, brokers, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
