Description

  • Negotiate, close, and win new business as well as existing customer extensions.
  • Design and implement regional and industry-based market strategies for Atmosera’s solution offerings.
  • Build relationships with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders through prospecting, Microsoft Seller engagement, and Microsoft programs.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with Microsoft field representatives and the wider Microsoft community.
  • Learn client business and technical requirements to position solutions that deliver business value and clear customer ROI.
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including lead identification, qualification, scope construction, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accuracy through discovery calls and joint meetings with Microsoft Sellers.
  • Drive client awareness across Atmosera’s three service lines and maintain a balanced business approach across Azure solutions.
  • Understand each account’s current technology platform and help shape plans to move clients to cloud-based solutions.
  • Serve as the trusted cloud advisor for the assigned portfolio of accounts and region.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience with complex sales, solution selling, or strategic account leadership is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience in Microsoft services and solutions is preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented sales.
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Services sales experience in a channel environment.
  • Passion for introducing disruptive solutions that help customers become digital-first organizations.
  • Passion for client experience and for using consulting to help clients achieve their goals.
