Description

  • Lead and execute lifecycle marketing across the African region, creating and implementing high-ROI campaigns for all business assets.
  • Own user lifecycle metrics and programs for activation, engagement, retention and re‑engagement of churned users.
  • Develop end-to-end growth strategies spanning acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation across core lifecycle pillars.
  • Design product-led initiatives to unlock new user growth and drive product adoption and trading volume.
  • Map user journeys and improve funnel conversion through product positioning, user education and operational campaigns.
  • Develop, own and prioritize the CRM, marketing workflows and automation roadmap to deliver relevant and impactful journeys.
  • Establish and enforce marketing best practices (segmentation, A/B testing, email journeys) using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with regional and central stakeholders to localize and execute global initiatives with cultural and local relevance.
  • Measure, analyze and report critical metrics and insights to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Use growth tools and behavioral gamification techniques to increase user engagement and trading activity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle management.
  • Proven experience launching both large-scale and targeted lifecycle campaigns.
  • Strong background in CRM/lifecycle management and email marketing/automation.
  • Experience with user segmentation, customer lifecycle management and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills in user behavior analysis, retention strategy development and funnel optimization.
  • Expertise in data mining, measurement and performance analysis.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative marketing strategies and engaging campaigns.
  • Crypto enthusiast or strong interest in cryptocurrency products and markets.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, balancing quick wins with longer-term strategic initiatives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced team environment and collaborating across regional and central stakeholders.
