Description

  • Plan, enhance, and build institutional Earn product features and benefits within the Binance Earn suite.
  • Research and develop new institutional-level Earn and wealth management products for institutional, HNW, and VIP clients.
  • Drive growth in TVL, client onboarding, and revenue through product development, business development, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to deliver initiatives, align with regulations, and improve client experience.
  • Partner with VIP and internal BD teams to identify opportunities, align strategies, expand outreach, and grow the client base.
  • Manage relationships with institutional clients such as family offices, asset managers, and high-net-worth entities to understand needs and present tailored Earn solutions.
  • Identify market trends and customer pain points and provide actionable feedback to improve Binance Earn offerings.
  • Lead institutional marketing campaigns, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on Earn products and yield strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified institutional leads and convert them into active users through outreach and partnerships.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with institutional clients and strategic partners.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and track growth initiative performance to continuously improve results.
  • Stay current on industry developments, competitor products, and the regulatory landscape, and serve as the DRP or POC for major institutional Earn initiatives and partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in institutional product development, business development, sales, product growth, or wealth management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or certification such as an MBA, CFA, or CAIA is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of crypto products and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to sophisticated clients.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with UHNW individuals and family offices.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
  • Based in Asia time zone UTC 8 (±2) is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.
  • Strong understanding of digital asset investment products, institutional client needs, and the DeFi/crypto ecosystem, especially yield, staking, structured products, and lending products.
  • Proven track record of driving institutional client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with family offices, asset managers, or institutional investors is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset for assessing market trends, client portfolios, problem-solving, and product optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment with a can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accountability, with full ownership of tasks and outcomes.
  • Self-directed problem-solving ability to independently drive results as the DRP/POC.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and a strong willingness to grow personally and professionally.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and proactive with a strong passion for crypto, DeFi, and Web3.
  • Familiarity with Binance Earn and the broader Binance products is required.
