Description

  • Handle high volumes of live chat and phone inquiries from customers.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that ensure satisfaction.
  • Deliver accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.
  • Manage complaints and follow up to secure timely resolution.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Support customer-facing identification approval and related service processes.
  • Engage customers proactively and go the extra mile to assist them.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required.
  • Willingness to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts.
  • Strong ability to use IT tools for professional purposes and handle some technical customer queries.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and strong listening ability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency or blockchain field is a strong plus.
  • Additional multilingual capability is a strong plus.
