Description

  • Support multiple regulatory examinations, external audits, and on-site exam preparation for licensed jurisdictions.
  • Provide a standardized exam and audit framework for use across countries and local teams.
  • Prepare local teams for data requests and presentations for exams and audits.
  • Assess regulatory requirements to help ensure audits identify control gaps and potential non-compliance.
  • Support global and local compliance teams in keeping policies and procedures aligned with the internal governance framework.
  • Drive compliance initiatives and remediation efforts to completion across cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare status reports, presentations, and documentation for internal review and management updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compliance audit and/or advisory experience.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations, compliance policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global organization across multiple locations.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and written skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong project management skills and experience creating external-facing materials with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive teamwork, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English, including strong speaking and writing skills.
  • Experience in crypto or fintech is preferred.
  • Exposure to AI technologies and a basic understanding of their applications is preferred.
