Description

  • Set up and maintain dashboards, alerts, and other observability tooling for supported services.
  • Script and automate repetitive incident or ticket-handling steps to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in root cause analyses and document recurring support issues and user pain points on a weekly basis.
  • Propose product and workflow improvements based on support insights and operational findings.
  • Build a lightweight automation or support agent, such as a Telegram bot, with at least one reusable skill.
  • Create reusable skills for tasks such as log fetching, health checks, or related support actions.
  • Optimize a small workflow in incident management or ITSM tooling, when applicable.
  • Write clear, actionable runbooks and support documentation.

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate in a CS, Data, AI, or related major.
  • Basic Linux knowledge plus scripting ability in Shell or Python.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Ability to write actionable documentation and runbooks.
  • Empathy and product thinking, with a focus on improving user experience from support data.
  • Basic understanding of agents and agent skills.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Terraform is preferred.
  • MLOps project experience is preferred.
  • Experience building a simple LLM agent or defining skills using LangChain or function calling is preferred.
  • Experience with ITSM or incident management tools is preferred.
