Description

  • Draft, edit, and proofread content against briefs and deadlines, including blog posts, CRM copy, and research reports.
  • Support senior writers and editors across live projects from first drafts through final delivery.
  • Develop narrative angles and story framing that connect content to Binance’s key messages.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and accuracy across published content.
  • Assist with copyediting and fact-checking before content is published.
  • Support content for company narratives and milestone stories.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Comms and other teams to gather requirements and turn them into clear content briefs.
  • Track and report on content performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and reach.
  • Own day-to-day workflow administration, including request tracking, cross-functional liaison, and asset collection.
  • Stay current on crypto/Web3 developments and monitor how competitors and media are covering the space.

Requirements

  • Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Some content, editorial, or journalism experience is preferred, including internships or freelance work.
  • Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
  • Comfort with AI writing and research tools, with awareness of emerging AI trends.
  • Comfort working with basic performance data and curiosity about what the numbers indicate.
  • Inquisitive, proactive, and reliable, with the ability to ask questions and follow through independently.
  • Able to multitask and work to tight, sometimes same-day deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in a distributed, mostly async team.
