Description

  • Generate clear ideas and concepts for traditional, digital, social, and non-traditional media campaigns.
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, target audiences, and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and manage creative executions from concept through final delivery across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams across the region to brainstorm ideas, campaigns, and new business opportunities.
  • Present ideas and completed work to clients and internal team members, and join status calls as needed.
  • QA creative assets to ensure quality, consistency, and error-free output.
  • Report project progress at major stages of conception, creation, and execution.
  • Use consumer insights and data-driven input to personalize content across the customer journey.
  • Anticipate problems and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Work with internal and external strategic partners and contribute to improved workflows and client relationships.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of professional experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Knowledge of developing brand identities through multi-channel marketing.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development in graphic design or social media.
  • Strong attention to detail, including tone of voice and brand voice consistency.
  • Curiosity about culture and local strategic insights.
  • Experience in FMCG or Food CPG is preferred.
  • Ability to create quality content from scratch or from briefs and strategy inputs.
  • Ability to approach the same topic from multiple angles using creativity and critical thinking.
  • Comfort and confidence presenting work to clients and explaining creative choices.
  • Full-time availability.
