Description

  • Partner with Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to keep training content accurate, relevant, and aligned with business and regulatory priorities.
  • Support global stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
  • Design and develop learning materials such as e-learning modules, guides, tutorials, and job aids.
  • Use AI tools to improve content creation, personalization, and scalability.
  • Support interactive and scenario-based learning experiences.
  • Coordinate and support virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and labs.
  • Track employee completion of mandatory training programs using LMS tools and follow up to ensure timely completion and compliance adherence.
  • Measure training effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and assessment results, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide personalized support to employees who face challenges completing training and recommend alternative learning approaches or resources.
  • Assist the QA & Training Manager with ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate.
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work across functional and geographic boundaries in flexible hours.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Active Presenter, and video editing software.
  • Learning agility, critical thinking, and an innovative mindset.
  • Results-driven attitude with confidence and a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Interest in compliance, law, or regulation in crypto/fintech (preferred).
  • Previous experience in compliance operations, training, or learning & development teams (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as generative AI platforms, Claw, automation tools, or ChatGPT (preferred).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training platforms (preferred).
