Description

  • Define the roadmap, priorities, and delivery cadence to grow tokenized-stock AUM, trading volume, and on-chain utility.
  • Monitor RWA, crypto platform, and fintech market dynamics to inform product and business decisions.
  • Research competitor platforms as a user and translate findings into product improvement opportunities.
  • Track and refine KPIs, including AUM, product performance, protocol revenue, user behavior, and market trends.
  • Partner with the Tokenized Stocks Product Manager on BRDs and PRDs, providing operational requirements, controls, and workflows.
  • Support launches of tokenized securities, capital-markets products, and other RWA offerings.
  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, auditable operational procedures, SOPs, and runbooks.
  • Conduct operational readiness reviews and UAT to prepare for product launches and post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Tech, and Customer Support teams to align deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Lead external partner integration workstreams, including scoping, coordination, delivery follow-through, and status reporting.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in crypto growth operations, traditional finance or securities operations, and/or RWA tokenization.
  • Experience with equities, IPO processes, commodities, or related securities operations.
  • Basic understanding of blockchain technology, including UTXO, EVM, DEX platforms, and wallets.
  • Experience partnering with Product Managers on BRDs and PRDs.
  • Ability to translate product intent into operational requirements, SOPs, and runbooks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional and non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to manage partner integrations with external project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
