Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Maintain and grow key relationships within the oncology and extended cancer care community.
  • Assess customer needs and provide consultative sales support, including logistics coordination and problem solving.
  • Work independently in a field-based role while collaborating with internal stakeholders as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, including history of exceeding goals or comparable recognition such as President's Club or Chairman's Club.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Willingness and commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to work with urgency, think strategically, and execute tactically in a results-oriented environment.
  • Strong desire to work in a startup environment and operate independently.
  • Preferred: PA, NP, or RN background with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186.
