Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with oncologists and the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess customer needs and provide consultative sales support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Work independently in a field-based territory and manage travel within the defined accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, including consistent performance at or above goal over multiple quarters or years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, strategic thinking, and tactical execution skills.
  • Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.
