Description

  • Drive sales volume and revenue growth for BillionToOne’s oncology liquid biopsy products and services.
  • Develop market opportunities through direct selling to individual oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow revenue in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with current and prospective accounts.
  • Maintain key relationships across the extended cancer care community.
  • Work independently in the field while reporting to the Regional Manager - Oncology.
  • Assess customer needs and provide consultative sales support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Travel within the defined territory to support accounts and sales activity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent quota attainment over multiple quarters or years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to defined accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse background with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.

Benefits

  • Total compensation range of $244,621 to $314,449 per year at plan, including base salary plus uncapped commissions.
  • Base salary range of $170,871 to $186,949 per year, depending on level and experience.
