Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow revenue in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect new opportunities and cultivate new business relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships with oncologists and other cancer care stakeholders.
  • Work independently in the field while coordinating with internal teams and reporting to the Regional Manager - Oncology.
  • Assess customer needs and support consultative sales, logistics coordination, and problem solving.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with sustained performance at or above goal, or recognition such as President's Club, Chairman's Club, or Rookie of the Year.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to key accounts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
  • Experience as a PA, NP, or RN ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.

  • Total compensation range of $244,621 to $314,449 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $170,871 to $186,949.
