Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate revenue growth across the territory.
  • Prospect for new business and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Cultivate relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community.
  • Assess customer needs and provide consultative sales support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Work independently in the field while reporting to the Regional Manager - Oncology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistently exceeding goal for multiple quarters or years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to target accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to work strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Background as a Physician Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.
