Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow sales quickly within the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships within the extended cancer care community.
  • Work independently in the field while coordinating with internal teams and external medical professionals.
  • Assess customer needs and provide consultative sales support, logistics coordination, and problem solving.
  • Focus on closing business with urgency and strong territory ownership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or multiple quarters/years at or above goal.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to target accounts.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Preferred: Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.

  • Total compensation of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186.
