Description

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and genetic counselors.
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect for new business and maintain key customer relationships across the territory.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within OBGYN, MFM, genetics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Center accounts.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate utilization in the assigned geography.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including new business development and lead generation.
  • Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Deliver clinical information to external customers and internal teams, and help shape how the test is communicated and evolved.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector calling on providers within a specified geographic territory.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong understanding of buyer and decision-maker types.
  • Strong selling, listening, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess, prioritize, and manage opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and work with urgency to close business.
  • Strong consultative selling, logistics coordination, and problem-solving skills when working with medical professionals and staff.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with strong internal drive and self-motivation.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy requirements, and ethics related to patient information.
  • Demonstrated values and professionalism that align with BillionToOne’s mission and code of conduct.
  • Preferred qualifications include startup experience, a women’s health background, clinical laboratory experience, or a convertible book of business.

  • Total compensation range of $184,569 to $248,269 per year at plan, including a base salary of $136,869 to $163,269.
  • Base pay plus uncapped commissions with significant earning potential.
