Description

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect, cultivate, and maintain new and existing business relationships within the territory.
  • Identify and pursue commercial growth opportunities across OBGYN, MFM, and genetic counseling clinics, hospital systems, and federally qualified health centers.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate utilization in the assigned geography.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including new business development and lead generation.
  • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events to build awareness and relationships.
  • Deliver clinical and product information to external clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector calling on providers in a defined territory.
  • Proven sales track record with the ability to understand different buyer and decision-maker types.
  • Strong selling, listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and respond effectively in a consultative sales process.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically and working with a sense of urgency.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics related to patient information.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling patient and physician information and documentation.
  • Preferred experience in a startup environment, women's health, or clinical laboratory settings.
  • Convertible book of business is preferred.

  • Total compensation range of $184,569 to $248,269 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $136,869 to $163,269.
