Description

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect for new business while cultivating and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across the assigned region, including clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow utilization in the territory.
  • Manage the full product sales cycle, including new business development and lead generation.
  • Attend local trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Deliver clinical information to external clients and internal teams and help shape how the test is communicated and improved.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector calling on providers in a defined territory.
  • Proven sales track record with strong understanding of buyer and decision-maker types.
  • Strong selling, listening, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and respond effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with self-motivation and internal drive to succeed.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with ability to execute tactically.
  • Must act with urgency and focus on closing business.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics related to patient information.
  • Preferred: experience in a startup environment, women’s health background, clinical laboratory experience, or a convertible book of business.

  • Total compensation of $184,569 to $248,269 per year at plan, including base salary of $136,869 to $163,269.
