Description

  • Build consultative relationships with employer clients and serve as a trusted advisor for supporting client populations.
  • Own strategic account plans and manage a portfolio of client partners.
  • Lead enrollment marketing and campaign planning to increase awareness and engagement with Big Health programs.
  • Prepare reporting and facilitate monthly and quarterly client meetings, annual reviews, and follow-up actions.
  • Troubleshoot client requests through cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
  • Own up-sell opportunities and support contract renewals.
  • Become a product expert and internal champion for evolving client needs.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present engagement and outcome metrics to demonstrate program value.
  • Develop best practices and contribute to strategic projects that support the Client Success organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of enterprise account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to proactively influence key stakeholders and drive decisions.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence communicating with senior benefits leaders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership of client accounts.
  • Clear, collaborative communication skills and willingness to support the team.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint or Google Slides and Excel or Google Sheets for presentations and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Looker and Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Interest in healthcare, healthtech, and mental health is strongly preferred.
