Description

  • Oversee and execute complex campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts from kickoff through post-campaign review.
  • Run program kick-off calls, finalize briefs, build creator rosters, manage creator contracting, schedule content, and track performance.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews and ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities across an existing client book.
  • Own client happiness by responding quickly, maintaining professionalism, and managing individual NPS scores.
  • Understand client processes, pain points, and bottlenecks and recommend aligned solutions.
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously while proactively resolving issues and improving internal processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Media, Analytics, Strategy, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other internal systems to track account health, campaign details, and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally supporting key or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience in digital and creator marketing with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience owning commercial targets such as revenue retention, upsell quotas, or account growth goals.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level clients in an agency or creator tech environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to execute campaigns with minimal oversight and resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to develop and present data-driven recommendations to support retention and account growth.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders, including Influencer Marketing Managers and CMOs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple complex accounts at once.
  • Comfort with maintaining accurate account and campaign records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Willingness to be flexible and available for in-person meetings as needed.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $85,000 - $100,000.
  • Additional compensation may include bonus or commission, stock options, and other perks and benefits depending on role and location.
