Description

  • Build and maintain document templates and automated document generation processes.
  • Support contract lifecycle workflows and troubleshoot template merge issues.
  • Administer Salesforce across multiple business units.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, approval processes, flows, permissions, and sharing.
  • Manage user provisioning, roles, security, and license administration.
  • Monitor platform health, production incidents, and user-reported issues.
  • Support release management, regression testing, deployment coordination, and change management.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for Conga and DocuSign integrations.
  • Build and maintain DocuSign envelopes, routing rules, and reusable workflows.
  • Provide Tier II/Tier III support, train users, and create documentation and knowledge articles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • 3+ years administering Conga products and DocuSign.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards, Security Model, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.
  • Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification preferred.
  • Conga and/or DocuSign Certification preferred.
  • Financial services, banking, lending, or Financial Services Cloud experience preferred.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, Git, Copado, Gearset, UAT, sandbox management, release management, API integrations, SOQL, Data Loader, Workbench, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce Shield preferred.
